How it works

How it works: the process

Once you’ve registered and booked a timeslot, you’ll be asked to give your JimJam physio a little information about yourself and your injury. When you attend your appointment, your qualified physio will ask further questions in order to better diagnose the issue. They will then give you advice based on your day-to-day activities and prescribe you a personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation exercise regime.

This detailed programme will contain clear videos on how to do the exercises, tell you how many times and how often to do them, and allow you to log your performance on our platform.

Our physiotherapists

All JimJam physiotherapists are fully qualified, based in the UK and speak English natively. We use strict guidelines when choosing a JimJam physio - a good level of experience and perfect references are a must.
